Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

At D2D, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and maintaining transparency with our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and applicable Canadian federal regulations.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as outlined in the signed agreement or scope of work

The service was not initiated within the agreed-upon timeframe

A technical or operational error on our part prevented the service from being executed properly

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the issue arising. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Services that have already been rendered or completed

Strategy sessions, consultations, or audits once delivered

Custom campaigns or deliverables that have been approved and executed

Retainer-based services after the billing cycle has begun

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services with 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered may be eligible for partial refund, subject to review.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Your Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or the Competition Act (Canada). If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact:
